| Shalom, You will find links bellow and at the bottom of this page to three forms you will need if are considering membership in the Jewish Congregation of New Paltz:. • FAMILY INFORMATION FORM: The Membership Committee uses this form to keep our database up to date, enhance communications, and build networks within our community. • DUES PLEDGE FORM: Dues are calculated in two parts: a minimum amount based on your family type and an additional amount based on your financial situation, detailed on the dues pledge form. In determining your pledge, please keep in mind that we count on the accuracy of these pledges in planning our programming. So while we hope you will be as generous as you are able, we also urge you to pledge realistically. • HEBREW SCHOOL REGISTRATION FORM: Hebrew School tuition is based on the class your child will be attending. There is a chart with details on the registration form. Hebrew School classes begin September 6, 2007. Please be advised that children are not allowed to begin attending Hebrew School until membership arrangements are complete. Anyone who is unable to meet the minimum dues commitment needs to contact Wendy Rudder, Dues Committee Chair, at (845) 255-0436 to make alternate arrangements. It is our policy not to bar families from membership based on financial hardship.
